The Integration Engineer is responsible for implementing Workforce Solutions products/services via our growing Partner Hub.  This position plays a vital role in supporting our effort to define, build and enhance the process for new and existing connectors; while maintaining a strong focus on partner/client experience.

What you’ll do

  • Manages the technical implementation of Workforce Solutions products and services

  • Lead boarding and beta testing efforts for new connectors with clients and internal teams

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Ops, Sales, Product Management, Product Development, etc.) for technical matters, issue resolution, and  implementation readiness

  • Develop and maintain documentation

    • Training materials

    • New processes

    • Maintain/update existing documentation

  • Review current processes regularly to increase efficiencies, ensure consistency, and improve customer experience across all delivery teams

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients (Partners, Sales, IT, Product, etc.)

What experience you need

  • Bachelor degree and 3-5 years of comparable, successful business experience

  • Experience in collaborative problem solving within a large organization

  • Experience with integration technologies, platforms, and tools
