Sr. Analytic Solutions Lead – Global Identity and Fraud

Equifax is looking for an Analytic Product Solution Lead to join our world-class Global Identity and Fraud Capabilities team.  You will be working in a dynamic environment, where we embrace moving quickly to build the core capabilities of our global platform and integrate it with our transformed data platform.

 In this exciting role, you will be applying your product owner experiences, analytic solutioning vision,  and people skills to guide the design and development of innovative approaches to enable strategic vision for ID and Fraud products. As advanced analytics evolves around ML and graph based feature engineering- so must our frameworks. This role requires in-depth knowledge, business experience implementing analytic solutions  and experience operating independently with limited guidance and oversight.

What You'll Do:  

  • Lead the enablement of Global Identity and Fraud  analytic solution team which includes reviewing Product and Business requirements, and making  an informed decision on the technical design of the matching Global capability and various components of the feature logic.

  • Develop work plans for short-term assignments of moderate complexity

  • Design analytic frameworks for product capabilities by translating market needs and working with Global Product and Vertical Marketing Leaders

  • Act as subject matter expert to Data Science teams during the design and development of ML features and components of the ID & Fraud platform and capabilities

  • Ability to evaluate data sources and evaluate their potential use to drive new feature development. The Consultant will advise clients on risk strategies and how to best combine data, analytics and decisioning rules to deliver optimum results.

  • Drives to completion of client implementations that require collaboration with multiple team members and the customer to deliver substantial business results for our customers within budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Clients include the  product and technology teams at a regional and global level. 

  • Guide the Capability framework design by gathering and specifying Product requirements and consulting with the Product teams to determine and position solutions that deliver to clients’ needs whilst leveraging existing Equifax functionality.

  • Supervise the development of new feature and functionality designs to ensure adherence to or updates of the global framework and document changes in the process, feature design or framework.

  • Monitor product and capability feature performances and progress against the global product goals and D&A feature roadmap.

  • Collaborate with broader data science teams to drive cutting-edge research toward product and global capability realization.

What Experience You Need:

  • 8+ years of industry experience applying analytics to solve fraud/risk challenges in financial services, payment, e-commerce or related arena

  • Master’s degree in statistics, applied analytics or related fields and/ or  have hands on experience using statistical tools, models and insights from Statistical packages

  • Hands-on experience with coding and using statistical tools or insights for product messaging

  • Strong presentation and written communication skills of analytic features, analytic insights, and their strategic value.

What Could Set You Apart:

  • Solid experience in understanding of high-level data architecture, interpretation of data models and user flow patterns.

  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environment and with cross-functional teams including Engineering and IT Architects

  • Strong project management experience to work in a cross-matrixed organization and have the ability to provide strategic guidance to the development teams and be familiar with Agile approach to task management.
