The Supervisor is responsible for leading the Tier 2 product/data research team. The Supervisor responds to operational escalations and personnel requests, monitors the team’s work in progress and ensures escalation is occurring during normal working hours. Develops and distributes schedules, training documentation, and coordinates with other departments to ensure success. Serves as technical and managerial escalation as needed.
What you’ll do
Provides work direction and manages day-to-day support operations to ensure timely response to incidents and requests
Leads staff to complete assigned duties, which may include scheduling work, making work assignments, managing performance, and recommending personnel actions
Coach team members with routine feedback focusing on performance, professional development, engagement, and recognition
Produces periodic reports and analyzes to monitor teams’ performance; also monitor service-related trends to share with leadership
Contribute to team's process improvement efforts and implements changes in a positive way incorporating customer and internal feedback and QA outcomes
Take appropriate action toward resolving concerns regarding external and internal customer service deficiencies as they occur to minimize the impact on customer service outcomes
What experience you need
3-5 years prior experience in Operations, 1-3 years management experience leading a team of 5 or more technical employees
Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience
