At Equifax , our Talent Acquisition Team is focused on business partnership in talent delivery, subject matter expertise, and a strategic, proactive and targeted approach to building excellent teams. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is fully responsible for owning and executing complex searches across the Equifax enterprise.  Qualified candidates will be well versed in all aspects of a complex search including creative candidates sourcing, targeted network generation and development, client management, and offer/negotiation. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Deliver strategic plans for business success through talent acquisition within the business units or functions assigned specifically, core corporate functions and leadership areas

  • Conduct research to map target companies, build top talent networks proactively, and discuss research with hiring managers from the first conversation to build the most effective candidate profiles and job descriptions

  • Build and execute robust search strategies which include target lists, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, research, and passive candidate outreach

  • Curate and deliver excellence in candidate and leader experience  throughout the hiring lifecycle

  Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition sourcing, delivery, and partnership

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive corporate and search firm recruiting experience with a focus on senior level candidate generation in a complex and competitive market 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience required 

Extra points for any of the following:

  • Experience in search firm recruiting 

  • Experience in Corporate Functions and/or Finance recruiting

  • Experience working with senior level executives
