Executive Complaints Analyst

Oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service teams to determine validity of complaints and assist with change to reduce the number of complaints. Requires a thorough knowledge of product/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Use root cause findings to drive change and improvements on consumer resolution and complaints.

What you’ll do

  • Deep understanding of requirements specifically around complaints handling and resolution
  • Work with internal partners to ensure issue handling and drive resolution
  • Understanding the reasons and factors behind complaints and work towards solving customers’ problems
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times in dealing with consumer escalations

What experience you need

  • Proficient in SFDC, CCMS and ACRO
  • Strong knowledge of Equifax/FCRA policies and procedures and experience in all functions including Dispute handling, Verification, CCMS and ACRO
  • Maintenance and knowledgeable of myEquifax processes and functions
  • High School Diploma
