Process Engineer entry

The Process Engineer will work in the Customer Experience team of Global Solutions Delivery (GSD) conducting root cause analyses, mapping processes, providing preventative and corrective actions. The Process Engineer will be responsible for executing on components of the quality management system to help GSD deliver on its promises to customers.

What you’ll do

  • Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades

  • Provide thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes

  • Assesses compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards

  • Analyze data to determine trends and present it in ways to help people and the organization make better decisions

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer

  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience as Process Engineer on the Service Industry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (B2 level)
