Equifax Workforce Solutions Data & Analytics is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Data Visualization and Storyteller to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of our differentiated data assets, products, and business model to help communicate analytics and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership. Primary responsibilities will include research and documentation (often PowerPoint), content creation, including detailed charts and tables, coordinating meetings with stakeholders, mastering both the details and the big picture of our business, and some data analysis with Sheets/Excel, SQL, or Tableau. The responsibilities of this role can lay the groundwork for an impactful career on the Data & Analytics team as a data subject matter expert and key advisor to the business regarding strategic revenue-driving initiatives.
What you’ll do
Build and coordinate numerous executive presentations for both D&A and Marketing, including the team’s quarterly business reviews, content for investor relations, and slide decks for key strategic initiatives
Establish, disseminate, and consult on data visualization and storytelling best practices for the D&A Data Strategy & Insights team
Assist with functions such as team intranet site management, D&A onboarding program enhancement, business KPI reporting, and content management
What experience you need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a comparable discipline and 2-5 years relevant experience
Outstanding interpersonal skills and written communication, specifically slide decks, and also memos, process flows and technical documentation
Advanced Slides or PowerPoint skills; Understanding of data analysis and advanced Sheets or Excel skills; experience with Tableau or SQL a plus
Ability to collaborate work across multiple parties and stakeholders, manage project timelines, and hold individuals accountable
