We’re looking for a Manager of Marketing Communications to join the Employee Benefits Services (EBS) team within Equifax. Within this role, you will lead the development and delivery of the content strategy to educate and engage our various audiences – brokers, employers and employees – on the value of financial wellness and identity theft protection as an employee benefit. You will be responsible for developing B2B and B2C messaging across all touch points inclusive of idwatchdog.com, social media, UX and targeted communications (i.e. emails, newsletters, etc.).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic content planning, execution and measurement across the benefits portfolio
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar to attract and engage our key audiences (including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, infographics, newsletters, social media, etc.)
  • Manage external resources and leverage internal resources to deliver relevant and timely communications
  • Partner across the organization (Sales, Client Relations, Product, Operations, etc.) to drive consistency of content at all touch points and to ensure adherence to regulatory and legal guidelines
  • Earn $100,000-$120,000 per year with the potential for annual incentive bonuses

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of communications experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C services environment or a highly-regulated industry
  • Proven ability to write to different audiences and in different styles based on business objectives
  • Experience managing and working collaboratively with external agencies including media/digital agencies and creative vendors. 
  • Working knowledge of content delivery and content management systems

Extra Points for any of the Following

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations or similar field 
  • Experience with Google suite
