The Wage Audit Specialist - The regular work hours for this position are 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday. This role functions as the state expert for screening fraud and wage audits and responding to state documents for our clients. This position acts as a liaison between our customers and state unemployment agencies and is responsible for analyzing and responding to unemployment-related documents within pre-determined time limits. The Wage Audit Specialist also has clerical responsibilities to include, but not limited to the filing, photo copying, sorting and distribution of documents as they are received into their area; sorting, organizing, matching and distributing system-generated notices to the appropriate individual; matching system-generated letters to the appropriate state-issued document and distributing those documents to the appropriate individual; assisting with adding emailed information/documentation into the database; and, formatting proactive separation reports for loading into system.
What You’ll Do
The regular work hours for this position are 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Receive and prioritize fraud and wage audits and other unemployment related data.
Analyze individual case information by reviewing data accessed through the PC and respond to a state agency with all pertinent details within the time frame allowed by the state or departmental procedures.
Works as a team to ensure accurate and necessary information retrieved from customers is documented clearly and thoroughly into the database.
Match documents with system-generated letters and tracking sheets.
What experience you need
High school diploma or GED
1 year previous office experience with an emphasis on organization of work duties and performing job functions independently
