Process Improvement Specialist

Equifax is hiring a Process Improvement Specialist  for its St. Louis location! In this role you will work closely with our clients and cross-functional partners to improve and transform our business processes to deliver revenue growth, margin optimization, and a customer centric experience.

What you'll do:

  • Build internal and external customer relationships and support the establishment and communication of continuous improvement culture.
  • You will develop and execute improvement plans to support functional, departmental, and/or company strategies.
  • You will proactively work with others to drive changes that improve the capability of people and processes within the organization.
  • Facilitate the deployment of process improvement tools across the company.
  • Present solutions to have the greatest impact on revenue and client satisfaction.

What experience is needed:

  • BA or BS in Engineering, Quality, Business Administration or related field
  • 5-7 years’ experience leading large scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Lean Six Sigma certified
  • 3+ years' experience with Design Thinking
  • 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Office and Google Platform
  • 3+ years' Project Management and Change Management experience

What could set you apart:

  • Experience training and mentoring Lean Six Sigma candidates
  • Experience leading projects where clients, vendors, partners, and/or end-users are part of the team
  • Proficiency in wide variety of software packages valued in process improvement methodologies (data analysis, statistics, process mapping, business process management, project management, knowledge management, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SAFe Agile and Scrum
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
