Instructional Designer of Client Training

The Instructional Designer/Trainer is responsible for training employees on platforms, concepts, and processes.  In addition to training delivery, the Instructional Designer/Trainer will also be responsible for content and resource development.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate important messages clearly and effectively by translating processes and procedures into effective training for internal and external clients on a variety of topics and solutions in Employer Services Solutions Delivery.

  • Translate processes, procedures, etc. into interesting and effective training programs for internal and external clients.

  • Outstanding presentation skills with groups of all sizes and ability to lead live and on demand training sessions. and use different mediums and take different approaches as required by each communication message or training audience.

  • Master instructional design principles, applications, and technologies through creative research and thought leadership.

  • Proficiency at designing and delivering effective and captivating training to other trainers, internal employees, and clients both in person and via webinar or on-demand materials


  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in English Literature, Communications, Technical Writing or a related field.

What could set you apart

  • Experience using Google for project management, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft Office tools, and Adobe.

  • 2-5 years of experience in a client facing role whether providing service, training, or technical support.

  • Experience with product training groups.

  • Experience creating and driving process and workflow changes.
