The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide executive support to the senior leader and multiple staff within the organization.  The Executive Assistant will provide a broad range of highly skilled and confidential administrative support to ensure a smooth operation of the business leaders.

What you’ll do

  • Provide executive-level administrative assistance to  Workforce Solutions Legal SVP and senior staff.

  • Coordinate and manage Legal department objectives; serve as a Legal process subject matter expert for team members.

  • Coordinate projects/activities with other teams across the Legal department, and across the Equifax Workforce Solutions Business Unit.

  • Optimize time management by giving consideration to organization wide due dates or deliverables that may compete with internal schedules and ensure relevant parties are aware of issues that need immediate attention.

  • Manage updates to Legal contracting templates.

  • Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occur.  Serves as coordinator for conferences and meetings.  Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.

  • Screen/prioritize/direct incoming calls, email or other communications taking appropriate action as necessary.  Resolve requests and escalate if necessary.

  • Complete requested business errands such as obtaining catering, ordering office supplies, circulating mail, handling overnight deliveries, and processing expense reports.

  • Assist Legal Operations with various department projects, coordinate with facilities, manage Legal onboarding.

  • May be required to contribute to projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development.

What experience you need

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks from multiple requestors seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to display a professional demeanor and professional appearance at all times.

  • Exceptional written and communication skills and the ability to organize and express ideas clearly in both oral and written form; ability to use sound judgment when communicating with others, ensuring tone of voice and style are appropriate, especially when interacting with senior leaders.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to adapt to change and to learn new skill sets required.

  • Demonstrated expertise with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Internet research, video and web conferencing.  Experience with G-Suite a plus.

  • Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to develop a rapport with a variety of people; exhibits diplomacy and tact by focusing on situation/other’s unique needs and adjusts style to modify impact; build collaboration within team and peer group and act as a resource or mentor to colleagues with less experience

  • Ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
