Equifax is looking for a Professional Services Consultant that will lead planning, functional design, deployment and account management activities for enterprise product offerings and integrated solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Execute and format reports using Google Cloud Platform, Spotfire, Splunk, Excel, Sheets and other reporting tools. To include reports out of Google Cloud Data warehouse and various analytical databases.
  • Represent existing Equifax Verification Services solutions to a basic degree in order to consult with clients and with sales teams in designing and executing revenue growth proposals during all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the sales team in areas such as product knowledge, technical knowledge, interpretation, need requirements, and solution configuration.
  • Ability to learn and use various ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) systems like Alteryx and Tableau to perform data conversions and high-level data studies.
  • Partner with Equifax dataload and file transmission teams to setup and design data transmission solutions for clients utilizing CMS and WFS services.
  • Responsible for the continued improvement of reports and dashboard solutions.

What experience you need:

  • Previous Sales Support experience of at least a couple years
  • 10+ years previous business experience in technical environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree

What could set you apart:

  • Familiar with process improvement concepts and possesses problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with the Google G Suite and other common desktop applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of database applications such as Oracle and BigQuery
  • Knowledge of SalesForce or other sales database
  • Ability to understand new technologies quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Some experience with verification of employment and income standards
  • Demonstrate strong client-facing skills with ability to develop strong interactions at C-level 
  • Superb attention to detail is required
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
