Full Stack Developer Intermediate

Develops and maintains technical capabilities and products to meet the business needs. Provides engineering support in the conceptualization, development, implementation and automation of technical capabilities and products. Provides technical advice and consultation on complex, critical programming applications.

• Able to influence designs and decision making within his own squad.
• Invests part of his time developing his technical skills and influencing others.
Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
• Identifies and solves a range of problems in straightforward situations.
• Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work.
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Able to influence designs and decision making within his own squad.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and develop solutions focused in clients
  • Unit tests and integration tests as part of you development cycle
  • Code using security principles
  • Work in collaboration with your team applying agile methodologies
  • Present new features to our stakeholders
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external use.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience using Java and Spring Framework
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL databases
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience developing microservices and/or REST APIs
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Testing using JUnit and/or Cucumber
  • English level - High

Extra points for any of the following:

  • Experience with Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP or Azure) or Cloud Native Design
  • Experience with Docker / Docker Compose / Kubernetes
  • Experience with Kafka / PubSub or similar
  • Some knowledge about CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
  • Experience with Spark, Apache Beam or GCP Dataflow
