 What you will do:

As our new Key Account Manager, you will report to the Head of Financial Services. Your key responsibilities will be to help capture new markets and build on existing clients, this role requires a result driven and proactive sales leader that will exploit any opportunity to stimulate and promote our business model for growing the company. 

The portfolio you will inherit is thriving and we are seeking someone to step into it with ease and develop it further. In terms of culture we have a sales solutions and consultative approach as our business is built on quality long term relationships. Your networking and relationship building expertise will be highly regarded as this role will require you to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and identify new strategic clients by sourcing new business opportunities. 

What are we looking for?

This role will ideally suit a highly ambitious self-motivated professional that is a great negotiator. Ideally you will have 10+ years' experience in sales with excellent time management, presentation, communication and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated understanding of our industry, competitive and regulatory landscape, to create and develop the most trustworthy and professional relationship with clients

  • Demonstrated product and partner relationship management experience

  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders to deliver outcomes

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and clear and unambiguous communication skills, in-person and online, via email, phone, and digital apps, combined with effective listening skills

  • Strategic thinker who is keen to take ownership or accountability for a function to take it to the  next level

  • Experience in the implementation and improvement of strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability
