Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for the constant analysis of sources, design and implementation of the data life cycle, from when it reaches the company to its final use by the different internal and external customers. In conjunction with this, it is necessary to have knowledge related to modeling and data management technologies, knowledge of the statistical area and basic modeling knowledge for the production of analytical models and attributes.

What you’ll do

  • Implementation of business processes, applications and data flows.

  • Design and management of information sources through the creation of data flows.

  • Implementation of data-driven products.

  • Implementation of the data life cycle.

  • Design and Implementation of architectures (on premise, cloud).

What experience you need

Required technical skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in designing, creating and managing ETL.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SQL, stored procedures and triggers.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with programming languages ​​such as python, scala and java 

  • Knowledge of data management:

    • Data environments concepts.

    • Data quality concepts.

    • Data modeling.

    • Process and data flow modeling.

  • Technical English

Desirable technical skills:

  • Knowledge of technologies :

    • Spark

    • DataProc / DataFlow

    • Hadoop

    • GCP

  • Knowledge of statistics

  • knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
