The Sales Support Specialist is a problem solver providing sales support to the Solutions team including product consulting, contracting, compliance review, and reporting.

What you’ll do 

  • Support the Sales teams as it relates to Equifax products and services

  • Understand and translate contracts for entry into contract database

  • Review Marketing Offers to ensure requirements are met against legal guidelines

  • Communicate and consult with both internal and external customers regarding data usage and business processing rules

  • Review customer specifications against executed agreements to approve delivery of product(s)

  • Collaborate with peers to drive process improvements and workload balancing for exceptional sales support 

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or relative work experience

What could set you apart

  • Experience and knowledge of G-Suite products is a plus

  • Prior experience working with contract agreements and understanding terms

  • Prior experience working with database management
