As a Quality Assurance Operations Manager, you coordinate and oversee the organization's daily QA operations.

This position will directly supervise a team of QA Operations Analysts, ensuring QA processes and standards are followed by all.  The Quality Assurance Operations Manager will support the development of individuals on this team as you host regular one-to-one meetings, career development activities, and performance evaluations.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure delivery against QA department goals and objectives, i.e. meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule

  • Work with Implementation and Support team leaders to develop project timelines and resource allocation models for QA Operational Test projects

  • Ensure adequate test coverage and traceability for all implementation projects, support, or audit requests

  • Provide guidance around automation strategies, working with the QA Automation Team and Application Development

  • Coordinate with QA Software Manager to assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for development projects

What experience you need 

  • Minimum five years’ experience leading quality assurance cycles with a focus on operational awareness

  • Minimum 2 - 4 years’ management experience or proven ability to lead a team

  • Strong preference to experience in a software/SaaS environment

  • Strong knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
