We are looking for 2 talented individuals to join us as our new Business Development Managers as part of our growing Debt Services Sales team based in Nottingham. This is a new and exciting opportunity for 2 ambitious individuals to drive new business sales in a fast expanding market where we are a market leader. 

Reporting to and supported by the Head of Client Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing new prospects from new business development, networking and attending events to support the end to end sales process from first engagement to negotiation and closing.

What you’ll do 

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through outbound sales, inbound enquiries, networking, use of social media  and industry events

  • Deliver client presentations and demos on our market leading Debt Services solutions 

  • Negotiate and close new contracts with customers potentially of a value up to £150k

  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting

  • Work with your peers in the Equifax Sales Team in order to drive new clients through pipeline to close

What experience you need  

  • Good experience in engagement and relationship management

  • Strong ability to manage own workload efficiently and meet deadlines

  • Intermediate communication skills

  • Good experience presenting to a audience

What could set you apart

  • Previous B2B sales experience in software or data; preferably in financial services

  • Strong track record of exceeding / meeting revenue targets

  • Knowledge of Collections and Recoveries sector

  • Knowledge of TDX Products and Services

  • Experience of working in the Debt Recoveries industry
