The Customer Success Leader will be a change agent and will lead a team of six. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills as a people leader and strategic visionary as we continue to grow the mortgage and housing space.

What you’ll do

  •   Lead team responsible for driving customer success and engagement through the development of strategic account customer relationships.  Drive team to pursue and close specific business opportunities that generate revenue, profit and meaningful market share for Equifax.

  • Lead Equifax Customer Success sales efforts for key strategic clients, leveraging the rest of the cross-functional client team as needed.  Build partnerships throughout Equifax that allow the team to work seamlessly across our business in order to smoothly engage and coordinate all BUs and functional areas.  Demonstrate behavior as the client’s trusted advisor that is sought-after to solve problems and deliver solutions and develop your team’s ability to model these behaviors.

  • Has overall responsibility and accountability for the relationship health and growth in team’s targeted account(s).  

  • Drives value by providing leadership and guidance to the Equifax cross-functional team, maintaining positive working relationships with key client leaders.  Furthermore, he/she provides critical “voice of customer” data back to Equifax and tracks/manages sales pipeline content diligently.

  • Demonstrate proactive engagement with the client on a strategic and highly consultative basis to learn its business, anticipate its needs and then propose/deliver innovative Equifax solutions.

What experience you need 

  • Minimum of 7 years experience supporting mortgage industry

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in credit, data, or fintech environment 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a people leader

  • Master's Degree
