The Salesforce Business Analyst helps guide technology decisions for USIS Business Care including innovation & automation leveraging Sales Force, Genesys, and other technology platforms. The incumbent will provide tactical execution and when needed strategic execution to support USIS Business Care, contact center strategies and client needs.  Require versatility in handling complex needs involving product management, technology, operations, sales and sales support. This position coordinates technology solutions specific to problem resolution in voice-of-client matters and managing the solution process.


 

What you’ll do 

  •  Liaison with technology, product, sales, operations, legal, and business teams regarding all products, enhancements, and migrations to ensure business readiness (billing, onboarding, contracting, etc) (30%)

  • Lead data quality activities that impact verifiers and employers to assess business impact and ensure resolution (20%)

  • Support projects for internal process and infrastructure improvements and migrations (10%)

  •  Point of escalation for system-wide bugs, off-cycle promotions, general production issues, and user access maintenance (web, integration, batch) (10%)

  • Coordinate internal support team communication and training on product features and delivery(10%)

  • Provide assistance in voice of client and product driven initiatives

  • Provide approvals for operational commitments made in contracts as needed

  • Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFPs) as needed

  • Support development of service models necessary for growth initiatives as defined by growth playbook

  •  Support revenue retention to meet established retention goals


 

What experience you need  

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce

  • Minimum of 2 years in Call Center environment
