Consultant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, economics or other related discipline; Master’s or above is strongly preferred.
  • Any exposure to development of statistical models and versitality in different coding languages like Python and R is an asset
  • Strong team player with excellent inter-personal, networking, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with high energy levels and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Great report writing and editing skills required.
  • Capability to work as a manager/supervisor and an individual contributor.
  • Knowledge on and experience with statistics and Adaptability to work in project based engagements across different kinds of partners and clients.
  • modeling required; Prior experience with predictive modeling such as credit risk model development and/or validation preferred
  • Understand advanced machine learning techniques is a asset
  • Experience in Model Risk Management or working with MRM is an added bonus.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Kean and fast learner.
  • Exposure to handle big data on Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with SQL, R, Python, Scala, Spark and/or other programing languages; Hands-on experience with UNIX and/or LINUX environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint)
