Synopsis of the role

The Business Strategy Analyst, D&A Strategy will be a key member of the D&A Strategy team assisting strategic initiatives such as the annual strategic playbook and the monthly business reviews with Equifax’s Senior Leadership Team. You will collaborate closely with other team members of the D&A Strategy team and the D&A Leadership Team. This is an individual contributor role and will be based in Atlanta, GA

What You’ll Do 

  • Coordinate and develop messaging and slides for monthly business review and  yearly strategic playbook process by  Synthesizing external research including market trends and competitive analysis and  Building final readout slides for the Equifax Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors

  • Partner and interact with D&A leaders, corporate teams, business unit leaders, and other teams on a regular cadence to ensure alignment between D&A and business units

  • Interact with senior leadership across D&A to ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives

  • Catalog data strategy initiatives occurring globally across Equifax, including the sourcing and vetting of new data partners with a strategic fit.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business, economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or one of the hard sciences 

  • 3+ years experience in consulting (technology, strategy, or operations), corporate strategy, product management, data and analytics, or related field

  • 1+ years experience with data and analytics products

  • Refined skills in developing and delivering compelling presentations to senior leadership (Google Suite of tools an advantage)

  • High degree of comfort on managing multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously

  • Proven track record for completing assignments on time, strong capabilities to plan, manage, and track progress of projects

Extra Points for any of the Following

  • Major in S.T.E.M. (science, technology, engineering, or math)

  • Financial industry and data/analytics experience is an advantage

  • Consulting experience or similar a distinct advantage
