This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contingent Workforce Manager to join us in our London or Leeds office and play a key part in the hiring success of our business.

What you’ll do

  • You will work as part of a niche In-House team and will be responsible for the end to end Contingent Workforce recruitment process.

  • Development and delivery of end to end recruitment campaigns as required.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven and rapidly changing environment

  • Developing social networking channels and promoting Equifax as employer of choice.

  • Build relationships with agencies on the PSL

  • Provide accurate MI

What experience you need  

  • Strong Contingent Workforce Management experience

  • Vendor and Contract management experience

  • Previous experience in an onsite / in-house role. We will however consider applications with pure Agency experience where relevant.

  • Good knowledge of the Off Payroll workers legislation (IR35).

  • Experience in financial services and/or consultancy recruitment would be an advantage.
