This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contingent Workforce Manager to join us in our London or Leeds office and play a key part in the hiring success of our business.
What you’ll do
You will work as part of a niche In-House team and will be responsible for the end to end Contingent Workforce recruitment process.
Development and delivery of end to end recruitment campaigns as required.
Proven ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven and rapidly changing environment
Developing social networking channels and promoting Equifax as employer of choice.
Build relationships with agencies on the PSL
Provide accurate MI
What experience you need
Strong Contingent Workforce Management experience
Vendor and Contract management experience
Previous experience in an onsite / in-house role. We will however consider applications with pure Agency experience where relevant.
Good knowledge of the Off Payroll workers legislation (IR35).
Experience in financial services and/or consultancy recruitment would be an advantage.
