Process Analyst

This role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane - 12 Month fixed term contract , in line with major transformation milestones.

What you’ll do:

The purpose of the Process Analyst is to help the business in clarifying & measuring problems and help identify improvement opportunities with the process owners. You’ll work across the business to support their needs for process documentation and in ensuring the EFX standards for business process mapping are shared and utilised. 

You will run/facilitate initiatives/workshops utilising the LEAN 6s process improvement methodology, and support coaching/upskilling of staff in order to help the business improve their processes.

You will work closely with other key Transformation staff to deliver on the major Transformation program for Equifax ANZ.

What are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years experience performing the duties as outlined above

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Understanding of the upstream and downstream processes, dependencies and potential impacts.

  • Analytical mind, ability to interpret large sets of information and communicate effectively 

  • Attention to detail, but without losing a sense of the bigger picture  

  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets)

  • Presentation skills (Google Slides)

  • Lean Six Sigma/Six Sigma experience

Extra points for any of the following:

  • IBM Blueworks Live knowledge/experience/skills

  • Understanding of credit risk management, Credit Reporting Code and Privacy Act

  • Experience with Customer Migrations & Organisational Readiness projects 

  • Experience with Digital Transformation projects
