The right candidate will have information management experience but will also have a heavy background in Product Management. This individual will be accountable for the strategy and execution of our Compliance (Anti Money Laundering / Know Your Customer) related services.  Associated data and the networks and graphs of relationships will be developed and harnessed to provide unique compliance capabilities within the Anti Money Laundering / Know Your Customer space.

What you’ll do:

The Principal Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders and explore new market opportunities, translating business goals into creative solutions.  Their expertise will empower customer decisions by enabling access to real-time data and insights. They will translate business strategies into products that exceed customers expectations and position our company for substantial growth.

  • Establish a shared vision and strategy for compliance data services leveraging the power of Equifax data, analytics, and cloud technologies.

  • Translate that vision and strategy into your roadmap and prioritize features for highest impact balanced with time-to-market.

  • Define success criteria for your product, such as customer adoption, competitive and market position, and capability efficacy.

  • Develop an expert level understanding of our data to drive real-time solutions that will result in customer enablement.

  • Work closely with stakeholders, data & analytics, engineering, and QA teams to enable an efficient, collaborative, and high-quality product development process.

  • Provide thorough, actionable specifications and define use cases and requirements to deliver market leading solutions.

  • Travel requirement: up to 25%.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management leading collaboration across-functional product teams. 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The ideal candidate will also have the following:

  • Experience developing product roadmaps for data solutions related to B2B companies. 

  • Proven track record in driving results and delivering products that deliver substantial value.

  • Knowledge and understanding of data management, data governance, and data quality.

  • Experience within the Anti Money Laundering / Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) space. 

  • Expertise collaborating with business-focused stakeholders to solve customer and market needs. 

  • An agile product mindset with a high level of intellectual curiosity.

  • Experience working in cloud-based technology environments.

  • Understanding of the basic concepts of product management, marketing and go-to-market, product development and product delivery, including experience managing a team of product managers.

  • Industry experience working in a compliance-related business area.
