We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Engineer who is collaborative and passionate about designing cloud based customer solutions. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of credit risk decisioning products across sectors such as Banking, Auto, or Alternative Finance. You will focus primarily on driving the next generation of customer experiences and interactions with Equifax’s products and services through a unified company-wide strategy of client empowerment. 

The Cloud Solutions Engineer is responsible for the planning and delivery of cloud based customer solutions. Lead team members, customers and other stakeholders in reviewing and refining requirements and working with internal product and engineering teams to get the customer solution delivered. Capture and refine requirements across multi-disciplinary teams. Actively address issues, setting priorities when appropriate. Lead production deployment planning and perform system validation. Assist clients with ongoing support for applications. Guide and mentor junior team members.

What You’ll Do

  • Work in a client facing environment consulting with customers on how to best achieve success using our products

  • Implement customer centric solutions by acting as a liaison between customer and internal product owners/ engineering teams

  • Support existing clients to migrate their solutions to our risk decisioning cloud platform

  • Assist with requirement discovery sessions with customers

  • Develop an understanding of Equifax data and products and serve as a subject matter expert for customers

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a client facing, technology focused position

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in Cloud technology

  • Jira, Confluence or other agile tool experience

  • Strong background in IT, Business Analysis or Product ownership

Extra Points for any of the Following

  • Knowledge and experience with Credit and/or Banking and Financial Services

  • GCP or AWS certification

  • Experience working with SQL
