What You’ll Do

  • Manage a series of regulatory based tasks including Disputes, Data Subject Access Requests, Employee Enquiries, GRA and Victim of Fraud, ensuring these processes are managed efficiently and minimising any business risk
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Liaise with clients to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of disputed and relay to our offshore vendor
  • Complete daily reviews of the dispute and regulatory dashboard to ensure that dispute and regulatory handling timelines remain within SLAs
  • Deliver reports and analysis about dispute management and regulatory
  • Analyse outputs to highlight key trends, systematic issues or risks
  • Complete root cause analysis to identify product, data or service issues requiring remediation
  • Carry out regular reviews on current processes continuously making improvements

Qualifications

  • Intermediate experience of supporting and communicating with corporate clients
  • Good experience of understanding, pulling and building reports, manipulating and analysing data and MI data
  • Good experience of managing end to end processes with clients and consumers
  • Good evidence of process improvements
  • Good experience of working within SLAs and meeting KPIs

  • Good understanding of GDPR
  • Good analytical experience with data
  • Experience of using Salesforce reporting
