The Regional Account Executive will be primarily responsible for the direct sale of Employment Tax Services (ETS) within the Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) business unit, primarily involving unemployment tax planning during a merger & acquisition (M&A) event. The position will focus on employers headquartered in U.S. Midwest.
What you’ll do

Responsible for the direct sale of Employment Tax Services to clients contracted for EWS unemployment cost management services and prospect clients.

Develops and executes the sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue potential.

Identifies and develops new business opportunities and contacts the key decision makers of prospective clients.

Makes follow-up calls and manages the sales process through contract execution.

Effectively manages assigned territory and maximizes business potential.

Builds and maintains current and prospective customer relationships.

Enters account and other relevant sales information into the prospect management tool (Salesforce).

Presents and involved in networking at regional trade shows, conferences, and other prospect events.

Works with a business development representative to accomplish essential duties and responsibilities.
What experience you need

Bachelor’s degree, preferably BS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting/Tax, or equivalent experience

5+ years of successful consultative service-based solution selling to senior level management in a business-to-business environment

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,000 to $120,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
