The Executive Reporting Analyst (Security) will design and develop content for Global Security communications to internal and external audiences. Internal audience engagement may include programmatic and ad hoc deliverables that communicate the Organization’s strategy, value proposition, program progress, or other content needed to support management decision-making. External audience engagement will focus primarily on creative presentation design (content and visuals) for external speeches and publications by executives, including to investors. The individual will join a world-class security organization and will interact with security leaders and other functions across Equifax.

  • This position will be based in Atlanta, GA. This resource should be local to Atlanta and will be required to work from our One Atlantic Center location (based in midtown)

  • Equifax has a hybrid work schedule. Weekly expectations include: Onsite weekly (each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) & Remote weekly (every Monday and Friday)

  • This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support. 

What you’ll do

  • Design and create content for reporting deliverables for multiple audiences including the Board of Directors, the CEO, and external regulators, anticipating their needs and translating technical and legal language into clear and relevant communications. 

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports on behalf of senior business leaders and the CISO. 

  • Create effective written and visual communication on behalf of executives. Reporting deliverables including status updates, regulatory reports, metric visualizations, and employee communications. 

  • Partner and collaborate with internal teams to identify and gather reporting inputs in a streamlined and repeatable manner 

  • Gather accomplishments, risks, and metrics from program leaders and subject matter experts and assemble them in a way that best communicates the message (slides, documents, and spreadsheets). 

  • Design and create new reporting templates and presentations for special initiatives.


What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology, or similar field 

  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience providing project-related reporting, metrics, and/or related business deliverables

  • A minimum of 3 years experience creating executive-level slides

  • Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders

  • Experience translating complex/technical concepts into clear, relevant, and meaningful communications for non-technical audiences

  • Experience analyzing data and using data to tell a story


What could set you apart

  • Excellent slide design taste and high standards for quantitative accuracy

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Ability to anticipate and proactively address the needs of executive-level audiences

  • Cybersecurity or Technology domain knowledge, experience in a technical field, and/or experience in a highly regulated industry

  • Experience with Google Suite, especially Slides and Sheets
