The Quality Control Analyst is effectively responsible for leading and executing comprehensive quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle. It involves designing and implementing test strategies, optimizing testing processes, ensuring system integrity, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders. The individual will play a key role in improving product quality, mitigating risk, and driving efficiency through effective communication, analysis, and problem-solving.
What you’ll do
- Develop and Execute Comprehensive Test Strategies: design and implement robust test plans, cases, scripts, and data, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards across all testing phases.
- Optimize Testing Processes and Environments: I will define and establish efficient test environments, proactively identify and implement process improvements, and conduct workflow analysis to enhance overall testing effectiveness.
- Drive Effective Communication and Reporting: I will maintain open communication with stakeholders, provide regular status updates, and spearhead the execution of implementation activities, including preparation, scheduling, and early-stage testing.
- Ensure System Integrity and Quality: I will lead comprehensive testing to validate system changes, prevent adverse impacts on existing functionality, meticulously document findings, and recommend quality improvements to elevate product/service quality.
- Provide Expert Guidance and Support: I will analyze complex business systems, contribute to strategic project planning, provide expert guidance in project walk-throughs and prototype development, and offer timely solutions to user-reported problems.
What experience you need
- Bilingual English B2+ level, Spoken and written
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, systems engineering, Industrial engineering or equivalent job experience
- 2+ years of software testing experience focused on functional testing, black box testing and regression testing.
- 1+ years of Project management experience
- 1+ years of People Management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency collaborating with the Product owners, technical architects, business leads and other technical leadership on strategic technical testing direction, guidelines, and best practices
- Created and delivered technical presentations to internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders communicating with clarity and precision, and present complex information in a concise format that is audience appropriate
- Troubleshooting skills with the ability to lead and solve test tool issues

- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation (e.g., test plans, test cases, user guides).
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Experience with different testing techniques (e.g., functional testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, performance testing, security testing).
