The Equifax Commercial team is seeking a part-time resource to fulfill office admin duties 15-20 hours/week.  The person in this role will be responsible for managing internal/external meetings and special events. Answer phones, greet visitors, deliver mail, order office supplies, process expense vouchers, assist in new employee office setup, provide back-up admin support.

What you’ll do

  • Help manage internal/external meetings and special events

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, deliver mail

  • Order office supplies, process expense vouchers

  • Assist in new employee office setup, provide back-up admin support

  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and appliances

  • Coordinate services from Glenstar (Building Management at President’s Plaza) using the service portal

  • Maintain visitor log. Ensure visitors are properly handled

  • Chicago liaison for EFX Physical Security

  • Participate in Suite Safety Team

  • AlertMedia - Manage communications for Commercial on this platform

What experience you need 

  • High School diploma 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Working 15-20 hours in office and consistent with Equifax’s 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax’s Chicago-based office

  • Experience processing request  for entitlements/access though Saviynt
