Equifax is seeking a Program Manager who is a master at bridging technology, product, analytical and data functions to ensure success on a transformational roadmap. As you are skilled in making the complex manageable, the broad team will value your support and forward momentum. As a champion of the business strategy, you will ensure decisions align with customer need and transformation goals. You will be responsible for the overall program roadmap working with the cross-functions to align outcomes, eliminate blockers and inform upwards of progress and risks.
Reporting to the VP Strategy, Execution & Enablement, Advisory and Specialty Finance, this position works from either our office in Alpharetta or Midtown with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. (This is NOT a fully-remote role.)
What you’ll do:

Direct resources, stakeholders and deliverables aligned across multiple interdependent projects within the program.

Partner with Program and Execution leads in tech, data and analytics or other functional areas. Coordinate on dependencies and mitigation for any risks.

Champion the business strategy and customer benefits to guide cross-functional team in decision making.

Monitor and communicate program measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior level management.

Apply program controls and governance to manage communication and overall program. Recommend improvements based on experience and observation to ensure program success.
What experience you need:
-
Bachelor degree in a related field strongly preferred
-
10+ years business experience, with 5+ years first-hand experience managing product or technical development projects in a large corporate environment

5+ years leading and executing key strategic programs, working across multiple stakeholder groups

Solid understanding of solution needs and influencing product, sales and other stakeholders

Experience working with technology stakeholders, developers, and architects
