Join the our FP&A team based in our North Sydney office. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in providing financial and commercial support to the Technology Centres of Excellence for our ANZ business. The purpose of the role is to bridge the gap between Finance & Technology and partner closely with our technology organisations to support them in driving our business’s ongoing change efforts, including large scale transitions to the cloud.
What You'll Do

Collaborate closely with Technology leaders to build and maintain operating cost models for the CoE.

Manage headcount and monthly forecasting for the Tech CoE.

Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Analyse technology investments and their financial impact.

Plan hardware, software, and discretionary costs.
-
Perform scenario analysis to support decision-making.
-
Contribute to monthly financial reporting and analysis.

Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the Finance function.
What You Need
-
5 + years of experience as a finance analyst or finance business partner.
-
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
-
Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes, especially regarding headcount/labour forecasting
-
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
-
Advanced Excel skills.
-
Experience with Oracle (or similar financial systems).
