Equifax is seeking a technical product owner who is a master at bridging the desires of the customer and the capabilities of the technology, removing barriers to software development. You will be responsible for grooming the product backlog and have insight into technical requirements of individual stories thus creating a more efficient user experience.
Responsible for the management of ongoing internal customer relationships and the operational delivery of RPA/AI solutions. Serves as the prime point of contact to the client(s) regarding overall pipeline development and delivery. Takes primary responsibility for driving the successful delivery of RPA/AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
What you will do

This role involves a strong partnership with Product Management, requiring deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs, and the ability to translate those needs into actionable requirements.

The individual actively participates in solutioning, estimation, and dependency management to contribute to effective planning and roadmaps.

Responsible for managing and prioritizing team backlogs, including user story creation, sprint planning, and ensuring adherence to testing and acceptance criteria.

This role requires close collaboration with Quality Engineering (QE) and Engineering teams to define testing approaches and ensure successful delivery.

The individual plays a key role in preparing and presenting demos, and is capable of presenting the demos themselves.

Actively capture and synthesize feedback from demos and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and inform future iterations.

Monitoring adoption KPIs and incorporating lessons learned into subsequent releases is essential for optimizing product value and driving successful outcomes.
What experience you need
-
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered

5-7 years of product owner experience in a cloud-based and/or SaaS environment
-
5 years working experience using Agile methodologies, facilitating Agile ceremonies and Lean product management required

3+ years working experience with ML, Workflow Automation and RPA concepts preferred

3+ years working experience working with cross functional teams
-
3+ years exposure and experience understanding and tracking capacity against the budget of product initiatives

English level: B2/C1
