We are looking for an experienced recruitment operations consultant to continuously develop operational efficiencies in our global recruiting process. You will be joining a team that currently manages process efficiency, goals, tool training, recruitment marketing, career site content, and much more. Our group supports Talent Acquisition efforts for Equifax global operations of more than 15K employees.
Reporting to the Sr Director, Talent Acquisition Operations, this position works from our offices in Alpharetta or Midtown with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. (This is NOT a fully-remote role.)
What you’ll do :

Independently manage global adoption of our recruiting process through reporting, analysis and training

Oversee governance of documents for all global TA process, policies, and procedures
Lead process improvement request process and make recommendations on solutions (in conjunction with global TA leaders) in a way that ensures global alignment -
Analyze and improve candidate and hiring manager experience

Work with key Talent Acquisition and Business leaders to meet business objectives through meaningful reports and analysis

Continually analyze and improve the utilization of recruiting tools

Conduct ongoing training to increase the alignment and productivity of our global TA process

Assess current market trends and technologies that could improve the TA Operations function

Flexibility to support the overall needs of the TA operations team
What experience you need:
-
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting operations experience in a large enterprise environment

Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience with developing advanced excel or google sheet reporting
What could set you apart:

Experience with Workday Recruiting
-
Experience with Looker Studio and/or Tableau Dashboards

Recruiting experience in a technology environment would be a plus, but not required
