The USIS Salesforce Operations Specialist is responsible for leading our effort to drive utilization and enhancements for Salesforce, and other business tools, in support of continued automation to drive efficient onboarding of new business. In this role, you will manage collaborative relationships with business leaders, salesforce technology owners, and development owners to represent the business to recommend enhancement ideas in support of forward technology and automation ideas.
What you’ll do

Represent USIS Operations as a Liaison with technology, sales, legal, and business teams regarding all Salesforce to meet business needs

Lead USIS Operation’s ownership for UAT in partnership with Salesforce Technology, development, external partner development teams, and QA Teams.

Participate in the strategic "Offer to Cash" USIS initiative, including requirements elicitation, SF solution design, user acceptance testing, and deployment
- Lead and provide support for re-credentialing maturity strategy regulatory and compliance initiatives.
- Manage launch and communication of all salesforce enhancements and migrations to ensure business readiness.

Serve in the capacity of a single point of contact for all enhancement ideas from USIS Operations Business owners, developing the “use case” story, partnering with Salesforce Analyst, and collaboration with other business units in Equifax to present the story and drive prioritization.

Partner with Operations Leaders to build solid business cases to support the level of prioritization by the business with appropriate financial impact and ROI.

Represent the business to share regular updates with USIS Operations Senior Business Leaders.

Partner with Operations Leaders to think outside of the box to identify and develop business process automation ideas that promote efficiency and improve delivery time for new business.

Service as a point of escalation for system-wide bugs, off-cycle promotions, general production issues, and user access maintenance (web, integration, batch)

Assist with technical ownership of integration between Salesforce and other technology, including USIS Support Portal, RPA, Google CCAI Contact Center AI, Entitlement Master, and other existing and future technology solutions as applicable.

Point of escalation for system-wide defects, off-cycle promotions, general production issues, and user access maintenance (web, integration, batch)

Assist with project manager activities for re-credentialing transformation initiatives
What experience you need

Bachelor degree preferred and/or relative work experience

Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Detailed oriented with an ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Consistent with Equifax’s 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax’s Atlanta-based office
