The Unemployment Hearing Consultant (UHC) functions as the primary client contact for the notification and preparation for unemployment hearings. This position acts as the primary contact between the customer, state unemployment agencies, and Hearing personnel; and is responsible for receiving and analyzing information and preparing clients for unemployment hearings.
What you’ll do
- Inform clients of hearings
- Advise and prepare clients to participate in hearings
- Manage the relation with clients and their unemployment hearing service
- Assist clients in developing strategies and imperatives for hearings
What experience you need
- Background in unemployment claims processing. Preferred experience with unemployment hearings. Experience advising clients via phone and email of unemployment practices.
