Synopsis of the role

Responsible to maintain database integrity and quality through problem analysis and quality control of program changes/enhancements. Troubleshoot and provide assistance to strategic customers. Prepare resolutions and coordinate appropriate changes. Participate in training, audits and customer meetings.

What you’ll do

  • Maintaining Data receipt tracker and release accurate and timely MIS reports as per business requirements
  • Processing of data files through multiple processes, systems & update in Database
  • Sharing the Data Quality Report and the Rejections with data providers to improve acceptance, recency, fill rate & quality
  • Interacting with data providers and resolving their queries regarding data accuracy, data reporting, data quality & recency and the escalated cases
  • Ensuring the timely completion of work assigned by team leads/managers/head of department in order meet the defined TAT, accuracy & productivity
  • Maintaining the TAT for Data submission at all times & escalation with Managers/head of department  for all such requests before it breaches the defined TAT


What experience you need

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
  • Database management
  • Should have technical Knowledge on data processing systems & process and work experience in BFSI sector (preferably with 2 to 5 years of work experience with Credit Bureau/Banks or NBFCs).    


What could set you apart

  • High school diploma/Graduation required
  • Added advantage would be person with experience on any of the big data technologies, apt at writing queries for data processing & process management ownerships.
