Provides advanced infrastructure support for Google Workspace and O365, which includes configurations, migratings and administration of Google Workspace and associated Email systems such as encryption tools, email routing platforms, migration solutions, security capabilities and all related tools and technologies the Messaging Team supports. Will be member of a team of Messaging Engineers in a multi-region deployment (24/7 model) supporting email infrastructure globally and providing proficient customer service for approximately 25K internal users.
What you’ll do

Support, administer, create/Update Operational Procedures and implement changes and best practices on email platforms and related messaging infrastructure including but not limited to Google Workspace, O365, FireEye ETP, Proofpoint Email Protection, Email Fraud Defense and additional components such as Virtru, LucidChart, Smartsheets, etc.

Troubleshoot email related issues such as inbound and outbound delivery issues related to spam categorization, authentication mechanisms (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, etc) and provide recommendations and solutions.

Provide advanced level support to the regular operations and requests for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) related to email and file migrations as needed for new integrations.

Engage with Google support engineers and Messaging Leaders to drive escalations and incidents to improve and maintain services availability, security and reliability as a first priority and ensure business and team goals are met and achieved.

Handle daily messaging operations and regular support tasks through ticketing systems such as service requests, changes, incidents assisting Helpdesk resources; works closely with the Infrastructure Engineering Group to design, plan, test, and deploy upgrades

Regular office attendance is an essential function of the job, and evening or weekend work may be required for issues, special projects, patching, and upgrades (On-Call Rotation)
What experience you need

1-3 years minimum experience supporting and administrating Google Workspace
-
3-5 years minimum experience supporting email and Messaging platforms such as O365 and Google Workspace and its components.

3-5 years minimum experience supporting and troubleshooting issues for email related components including but not limited to encryptions solutions, email routing issues, authentication mechanisms, security solutions, Scripting, etc.

English Proficiency (BELT B2 level)
