Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insight Analyst Senior for our Data & Visualization Team. This pivotal role is designed for a professional who excels at connecting business goals with data-driven solutions and advanced analytics. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data modeling, and Python, along with exceptional experience in stakeholder engagement. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to translate needs into actionable insights, impactful data models, and compelling visualizations that inform high-stakes decision-making and drive organizational growth.
In this role, you will lead initiatives to build and refine data analytics, utilizing your technical skills to ensure the effective application of data insights across the organization. Your contributions will empower teams to make data-backed decisions that are both strategic and sustainable.
What You'll Do

Act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, working with stakeholders to deeply understand requirements and translate them into data models, visualizations, and actionable insights.

Lead needs assessments to ensure alignment between business objectives and the Data & Visualization COE capabilities.

Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and data pipelines using Python or similar, creating high-impact insights for strategic decisions.

Use strong storytelling skills to create data visuals that clearly communicate insights and support business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developing strategic, data-driven solutions that leverage insights for impactful decision-making.

Create and refine detailed prototypes, layouts, and design specifications to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
What experience you need
-
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years in business analysis, data analytics, or similar roles, with a strong focus on translating business needs into data solutions.

3+ years demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and project management, with a proven ability to manage requirements and align expectations across diverse business areas,

3+ years demonstrated experience in exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

3+ years of experience in Data visualization tools, SQL, and cloud-based data lakes.

3+ years of experience with machine learning, Python, and data modeling.
