The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining dynamic web solutions for the global Equifax web properties.  Those solutions are aligned with brand consistency, standards, best practices and leading industry technologies.  Responsible for collaborating with global business partners to identify and prioritize key business requirements. In addition, work closely with the implementation team to define, estimate, and delivery solutions based on business expectations.   Managing resources to ensure on-time delivery of solutions to properly communicate to stakeholders. Possess excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making and communication skills 


What you’ll do

  • Develop functional specifications that satisfy client requirements (small-medium scale)

  • Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and other stakeholders to review and refine requirements

  • Actively address issues; setting priorities when appropriate and escalating issues when needed

  • Lead production deployment planning

  • Perform system validation

  • Assist internal stakeholders with ongoing support for applications


What experience you need 

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field 

  • 2-5 years of related experience

  • Experience supporting multiple projects and/or teams in a matrix environment

  • Proven ability to manage a project end to end with multiple stakeholder engagement

  • Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred

  • Project Management - Under minimal guidance, partner to oversee development schedules as well as manage the quality of deliverables and ensure there is enough supporting documentation

  • Quality Control - Understands Equifax's quality standards, shares knowledge with others; Supports quality improvement efforts and quality control efforts of the business, pulling in appropriate stakeholders where needed.

  • Systems Thinking - Support agile planning cadences (e.g. sprint planning, etc.); Support with the development of the delivery plan (timelines, resources, etc.); Support development of the workforce plan and with capacity planning
