What you’ll do
-
Partner with line leaders of the assigned organization to define and execute the human capital strategy and/or execute elements of site-wide and/or cross-functional strategies to enable the organization reach its business objectives.

Lead the overall talent management process including headcount management, top talent identification, talent development, succession planning, rewards systems and performance management as well as organizational health initiatives including employee sensing and employee engagement programs.

Provides counsel and support to line leaders on the execution of HR processes and/or management of employee relations cases and acts as a point of contact for employee concerns and/or questions.

Partners with HR specialty areas such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and HR operations to execute the strategy and action plan.

Leads a team of HR professionals supporting the local organization
What experience you need:
-
10+ years of experience as Human Resources Business Partner role leading HR teams supporting large teams (500+ employees) in multinational companies within the Shared Services and/or BPO segments
-
Strong business acumen and understanding of the organization's business operations and financial metrics to provide HR support that aligns with business goals.

Experience in executing organizational transformational processes

Experience in operating in a matrix organizational structure

College degree in Human Resources and/or relevant field
