Synopsis of the role

Experienced Data management professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry specially in Credit Bureau or bureau reporting with top lenders. Apt at Data Management end to end processing & owning the entire process, systems & people management, Customer relationship building, Credit Bureau Domain Knowledge, well versed or able to work with multiple complex and integrated systems.

What you’ll do

  • Review and Delivery of all deliverables for repository wise data processing for internal/external stakeholders
  • Customer First Culture - Focus on customer needs and create customer experiences with quality as centre point
  • Driving & managing team to consistently meet the business deliverables
  • Addressing client escalations & building strong relationships
  • Managing the testing and transition of information download, data processing and data analysis delivery for all new clients
  • Automations in bureau processes to increase efficiencies, productivity, TAT reduction, increasing customer engagements & cost optimization
  • Participate & driving key meetings related to Data Ops to understand, suggests & implement way-forward
  • Reviewing the credit data analysis on SQL/multiple data analysis platform including Data Lever, Python, R, Tableau

What experience you need

  • Work location of this role (You should be willing to work from our Mumbai Office)
  • Qualification required for this role: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience required for this role: 7-9 years of relevant experience

What could set you apart

  • Credit Bureau Domain Knowledge
  • Knowledge of database specific technology like SQL, RDBMS is a plus
