Synopsis of the role
Experienced Data management professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry specially in Credit Bureau or bureau reporting with top lenders. Apt at Data Management end to end processing & owning the entire process, systems & people management, Customer relationship building, Credit Bureau Domain Knowledge, well versed or able to work with multiple complex and integrated systems.
What you’ll do
- Review and Delivery of all deliverables for repository wise data processing for internal/external stakeholders
- Customer First Culture - Focus on customer needs and create customer experiences with quality as centre point
- Driving & managing team to consistently meet the business deliverables
- Addressing client escalations & building strong relationships
- Managing the testing and transition of information download, data processing and data analysis delivery for all new clients
- Automations in bureau processes to increase efficiencies, productivity, TAT reduction, increasing customer engagements & cost optimization
- Participate & driving key meetings related to Data Ops to understand, suggests & implement way-forward
- Reviewing the credit data analysis on SQL/multiple data analysis platform including Data Lever, Python, R, Tableau
What experience you need
- Work location of this role (You should be willing to work from our Mumbai Office)
- Qualification required for this role: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience required for this role: 7-9 years of relevant experience
