The Executive Administrative Assistant, reporting to the SVP, US Legal, will support the US Legal Team members primarily located at Equifax’s headquarters in Midtown Atlanta. Confidence, intellectual curiosity, a service driven outlook, and exceptional organizational skills are key to success in this role. The Executive Assistant will work on a variety of complex duties including managing challenging calendars, organizing team events, managing travel, expense and monthly reporting, and other activities as they arise. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Builds trust and relationships with company leaders with a high degree of business acumen, executive presence, and interpersonal communication

  • Prepare presentations, compile, and prepare data and reports

  • Assist with planning and execution of large-scale meetings, and special initiatives

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, meeting schedules, business itineraries, travel, and expense reporting 

  • Provide administrative support including mail, deliveries, and office supplies

  • Assist with new employee and vendor onboarding and billing for outside counsel processes

  • Open purchase orders, submit non-outside counsel invoices 

  • Actively mitigate potential issues and use critical thinking to solve problems; knowing when to escalate and gain consensus

  • Proactively communicate any issues, delays, or potential problems

  • Prioritizes tasks and assignments and performs duties with a sense of urgency

  • Evaluates and improve processes with regular but moderate guidance 

  • Collaborate with and provide back-up support to other legal support team members

Experience You Need:

  • 7+ years of Administrative Assistance experience

  • Proven experience in meeting, project, and travel planning for company executives

  • Advanced PC skills including Google Mail, Meets, Sheets, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge e-Billing software

  • Openly accepts assignments to deepen or broaden own abilities

What Sets You Apart:  

  • Experience working in an in-house legal department or law firm

  • Ability to synthesize information and create dynamic slide presentations
