We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bilingual Translator fluent in English and French (Canada). It is also expected for this role to work in partnership with Translators Jr to work with stakeholders to resolve any issues or ambiguities in the original text. In addition to that, this role will execute work as a quality layer by executing peer reviews of the translation process to ensure the highest quality of deliverables. This role will report to the Translation leader.
What you’ll do:
- Accurately translate documents and communications from English to French and vice versa, ensuring language quality and cultural relevance
- Collaborate, resolve issues and facilitate communication with other stakeholders to smooth the translation process
- Translate most complex or technical documents
- Responsible of executing the crossed & peer review of initial translations done by the translators Jr
- Ensure translation services as required and revise, proofread, edit, standardize and organize material preserving the intent, tone of the original meaning, order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology
- Research specific phraseology pertinent to the assigned BU/ projects
What experience you need:
- 2+ years of experience in Professional Translation and Interpretation of texts or related fields
- Spanish C2, English C1, French C1 (Belt)
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Proficiency in Camtasia (video editing)
- Proficiency in art design but not required
- Proficient in Adobe Stock, Camtasia, and other design platform
- Proficient in G Suite platforms
