Responsible for administrative support to our Appellate Department of Hearing Representatives.
Located in our Hilliard, OH office
What you’ll do
-
Coordinating documentation to be used in administrative hearings by identifying documents as required by each state (e.g. numbering as required)

Submitting above documentation to all parties via e-mail, fax, UPS, FedEx, or USPS

Contacting states by phone, e-mail, or websites to provide necessary information requested

You will scan and copy documents to be used as evidence in administrative hearings

You will record all tasks into our internal system for tracking purposes

May also work on special projects as needed and additional clerical duties as assigned
What Experience You'll Need

High school degree or equivalent
