We are looking to add a Technical Support Engineer to our growing team in Louisville! This role provides highly visible technical expertise through the performance of system integration, as well as overseeing necessary diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing of systems for both internal and external customers.
This is a hybrid role based in Louisville, Kentucky.
What You'll Do

Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of system integration, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing of systems

Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and serves as company liaison with customers on technical matters for assigned projects

Tests the implementation of a project for accuracy and adherence to customer expectations and written design specifications

This job may include any aspect of support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking
What Experience You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems or a related field or equivalent experience

At least 1 year of customer service or customer facing support
