What you will do:

Assist users with CyberArk’s PAM related issues and other IAM tools
-
Assist and engage in on call support for CyberArk’s support and other IAM tools
-
Develop new implementations based on the current business needs for CyberArk support
-
Monitor and troubleshoot servers and applications within the IAM environment to ensure business continuity
-
Manage the assigned tools for server patching and upgrades to mitigate vulnerabilities and/or security gaps
What Experience you need:
-
1+ years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Manager (PAM) Administration or any other IGA/PAM tool
-
1+ years of experience in Technical Service Center support
-
1+ years of experience in Server support
-
1+ years of experience in CyberArk’s Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)
-
Good Oral and Written English communication skills (BELT B2+ or higher)
What could set you apart

CyberArk Defender certified or higher
-
Experience in developing Automation scripts (JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, API, etc)

Single Sign-On, Identity & Access Governance including Role-based access control (RBAC), access request and certification, Identity Federation (Okta, Ping) experience.

Expertise with IAM products/tools such as Sailpoint (IdentityIQ), CyberArk, Saviynt, etc.
