The Reporting Analyst will be in charge of internal and customer reporting, tracking progress on goal achievement, and evaluating the overall collections portfolio to identify priorities and existing or emerging risks.  This will require a high level of analytical skills and creativity, as well as the ability to summarize and present analytical results in a clear and meaningful manner.  The analyst is expected to be an Expert in Excel and familiar with a variety of reporting tools including Looker and Tableau.  Automation of reports and analysis will be a key priority.

What you'll do

  • Conduct moderate to complex financial analyses related to the order to cash process including reports for customers, internal management, metrics, portfolio risk, and statistical reports.

  • Work closely with order to cash process leadership to understand needs and quantify opportunities for improving collections outcomes.

  • Assist end users with reporting solutions and provide training as needed, participate in financial research and process improvement projects, analyze operational results and provide insights.

  • Use a variety of analytical and reporting tools to identify risks, opportunities, and priorities for the collections team.

  • Work with the business intelligence team to ensure data integrity and completeness, assist with requirement documents, prioritization, testing, and production releases.


What experience you need

  • English fluency required B2/C1

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Finances, Accounting, Economics, Data - quantitative Analysis or related fields.

  • 2 years of experience in using quantitative analysis to provide business insights.

  • 2 years experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio or PowerBI.

  • 3 years experience with Excel/Google Sheets ( Advanced level)

What could set you apart

  • Knowledge of any OOP language like Python or Javascript.

  • Proficient in data wrangling and analysis using SQL.

  • Familiarity with automation practices by leveraging tools such as Excel Macros, RPA, or Google Apps Script.

  • The ability to evaluate a problem from multiple points of view and creative approaches in order to provide valuable insights through analytical work.

  • Highly motivated and self-driven with excellent follow through to produce quality work and meet deadlines daily, monthly, etc.

  • Strong communications skills - Ability to clearly understand requirements and present analytical results

  • Sense of accountability/responsibility for assigned work
